Functional Rehab
Functional Rehab
During your treatment, Dr. Dalton carefully crafts a unique program of stretches and exercises customizable for each patient, targeting the specific issues that brought them to Seven Bridges Chiropractic. The goal of functional rehab is to treat pain and discomfort while proactively preventing future recurrences. Besides in-office therapy, Dr. Dalton also provides practical tools so you can access long-term comfort and well-being even after your sessions are over.
Functional rehabilitation focuses on restoring strength, flexibility, and balance through targeted exercises that simulate everyday movements or help counteract repetitive movements causing pain and helping to restore your function. This approach helps patients regain mobility, prevent future injuries, and improve overall physical function, whether recovering from an injury or managing chronic conditions.
Functional rehabilitation is ideal for a variety of conditions that affect movement and strength, such as:
- post recovery injury
- Chronic pain conditions
- muscle weakness
- balance and coordination issues
- Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
