Cupping therapy
Cupping Therapy
Cupping, also known as myofascial decompression, involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This suction helps improve blood flow, relax tense muscles, and lift connective tissue, allowing for improved movement and reduced pain.
It’s an all-natural, drug-free approach to pain management that can be an excellent complement to chiropractic adjustments and other therapies.
